Master Tech Education ("we", "us", "our") offers live online courses in data analytics. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It is written in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

1. Information we collect

• Details you give us: name, mobile number, email, city, whether you are a student or working, the plan you are interested in, and any messages you send us.
• Where it comes from: WhatsApp and phone conversations, the enquiry form on this page (which opens WhatsApp), lead forms on Google and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads, and our course platform (Graphy) when you enrol.
• Course activity: attendance, assignments, projects and questions you ask in class or in our WhatsApp groups.
• Payments: payments are handled by Graphy and its payment partners. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details. We receive basic order details such as name, email, phone, plan and amount paid.
• Website data: if advertising tags are active on this page (Google Ads tag, Meta Pixel), those services may use cookies to record visits and button clicks so we can measure our ads. This page itself does not store the details you type into the enquiry form.

2. How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and call or message you about the course you asked about.
• To enrol you, run live classes, share recordings, notes and class updates, and issue certificates.
• To handle support, refunds and payment questions.
• To send you information about upcoming batches, free masterclasses and offers. You can opt out at any time (see section 7).
• To improve our courses and measure how well our ads work.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.

3. Your consent

We use your personal data based on the consent you give when you share your details with us (for example, by filling a lead form, messaging us on WhatsApp or enrolling). You can withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it, but we may not be able to continue providing the course if the information is needed to deliver it.

4. Class recordings

Live classes are recorded and shared only with students enrolled in that batch. If you speak, ask a question in chat, or turn on your camera during a live class, this may appear in the recording. Turning on your camera or microphone is optional.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with services we use to run the course, such as Graphy (course platform and payments), WhatsApp and Meta, Google, and the video platform we use for live classes. Each of these handles data under its own privacy policy. We may also share information if required by law or by a government authority.

6. How long we keep it

• Enquiry details (if you do not enrol): up to 12 months after our last conversation, then deleted.
• Student records: for as long as you have course access, and after that only as long as needed for certificates, legal, tax or accounting purposes.

7. Your rights and choices

• You can ask us for a summary of the personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct, update or delete it.
• You can stop marketing messages at any time by replying STOP on WhatsApp or emailing us.
• You can withdraw your consent and raise a complaint with us (see section 10). If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

We aim to respond to all requests within 7 working days.

8. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, such as limiting access to it and using trusted platforms. No method of storing or sending data online is completely secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

9. Children

Our courses are meant for learners aged 18 and above. If you are under 18, please enrol only with the consent and involvement of a parent or guardian.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.

By enrolling in a Master Tech Education course, you agree to these terms.

1. The course

• The course is delivered as live online classes with recordings. The syllabus, projects and schedule shown on this page may be updated to keep the content current.
• If a class has to be rescheduled, we will inform you in advance on WhatsApp, and the class will still be recorded.

2. Fees and access

• The fee you pay is the price shown at Graphy checkout at the time of payment. Earlier or later prices do not apply to your purchase.
• Standard plan: access to recordings until 30 June 2027.
• Pro plan: lifetime access to recordings, for as long as Master Tech Education runs the course platform. If we ever move to a different platform, Pro students will be given access there.

3. Personal use only

• Your access is for you alone. Sharing your login, or downloading, recording or sharing class videos and materials with others, is not allowed.
• If access is shared or content is redistributed, we may remove access without a refund.

4. Conduct

Please be respectful in classes and WhatsApp groups. No spam, abuse or promotion of other services. We may remove anyone who disrupts the learning of others.

5. No job guarantee

We provide training, projects, resume support and interview preparation. We do not guarantee a job, placement, interview or salary. Results depend on each learner's effort and the job market.

6. Certificate

A certificate of completion is issued to learners who complete the course and its projects.

7. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a course is limited to the fee you paid for that course.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

1-week refund promise

• You can request a 100% refund within the first week of classes, counted from the batch start date.
• If the reason is that you could not understand the teaching method, please raise the request within 8 hours after that class.
• Refunds are not given for reasons on the student's side, such as missed classes, internet or device issues, or personal reasons.
• Requests made after the first week of classes are not eligible.

How to request

Raise the request through the Graphy portal, or message us on WhatsApp at +91 87961 70021 or email mastertech24hrs@gmail.com with your name, registered email and order details.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are processed through Graphy to your original payment method. The time it takes to reach your account depends on your bank or payment provider. Course access ends once the refund is processed.
